Originally released in October, 2020, What Are We Waiting For? is a 4-track EP that makes use of sampling of banjo, guitar, and amplifier noise. These samples give the EP a unique sound while maintaining the Anderhill experimental vibe.
The banjo is also sampled along with bongo drums on a single track called “Banjo and Bongos” on the All That Remains, 2020 album. While banjos are not often associated with ambient and experimental electronic music, I love the idea of implementing the banjo into my compositions. – dse
